Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellation simple — no long contracts, no exit fees, no awkward phone calls required.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Routly subscription at any time by emailing support@pharmgrowth.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep full access until then.

2. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once it has started. You won't be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

3. Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan partway through the year, no partial refund is issued for the unused months. You'll keep full access to Routly for the remainder of the 12-month period you've already paid for, and your subscription simply won't renew at the end of it.

4. Your data after cancellation

After cancellation, your account data, patient records and delivery history remain available for export for 30 days. You can request a full export of your data at any time during this window by emailing support@pharmgrowth.co. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

5. Reactivating your account

If you cancel and decide to come back within the 30-day window, we can usually restore your account and data as it was. Just get in touch.
