Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These Terms govern your pharmacy's use of Routly, a pharmacy delivery management platform provided by PharmGrowth ("Routly", "we", "us"). By signing up to or using Routly, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement, which together govern how we handle your pharmacy's data and the patient data you manage through the platform.

1. The service

Routly provides a staff dashboard and a driver mobile app for managing pharmacy deliveries, including live GPS tracking, route management, driver messaging, automated driver invoicing, and patient delivery intelligence.

2. Eligibility

Routly is intended for use by registered pharmacies and their staff and delivery drivers. You confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your pharmacy when setting up an account.

3. Subscription & payment

  • Routly is billed at £49.95 per month, or £499.95 per year if paid annually, for a single branch.
  • Pharmacies operating multiple branches should contact us directly for multi-site pricing.
  • Routly is included at no extra cost for PharmGrowth Enterprise customers, and offered as a free 3-month trial to PharmGrowth Starter and Growth customers.
  • Payment is collected via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. See our Cancellation Policy for full details on how cancellation, refunds and data export work.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of patient, driver and delivery information entered into Routly.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process any patient data you store in Routly, in line with your obligations as a registered pharmacy and as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
  • You must keep staff and driver login credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
  • You agree not to use Routly for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Routly available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to carry out maintenance, and we'll try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

7. Intellectual property

Routly, including its software, design and branding, is owned by PharmGrowth. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform.

8. Liability

We provide Routly on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Routly if you materially breach these Terms, including non-payment or unlawful use of the platform. Where reasonably possible, we'll give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue first.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. We'll let you know of any material changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
